I have just started to use the sleep supplement but I am already feeling the benefits.
Usually I would go to bed and my brain would start to think about everything I am doing rather than relaxing and going to sleep. In the night I would wake up to go to the bathroom and then it would start again.
With this new supplement I take it an hour or so before bed and then I find I can lay down and go to sleep with no problems. If I wake in the night it is like I am sleep walking and when I get back into bed I go straight to sleep.
My Fitbit shows that I am sleeping for longer than before and even stay asleep until my alarm goes off which I never do normally. I am a little slower getting started in the morning but not dopey just taking time to wake up then I am off and running.
I was sceptical that this could help but am delighted that it has.
