I had been struggling to let my brain relax. It just kept whirring at night. I started taking Added Sleep, and it took about two days to kick in, but I gradually felt much more relaxed. I take it about an hour before bed since things tend to take a little longer for me to digest.
I still wake up around 3:00 a.m. from time to time, but I've noticed that I'm much more likely to fall straight back to sleep or actually want to go back to bed, which was never the case before.
After a couple of weeks, I really started noticing how good I felt in the mornings. I forgot to take it one night and immediately noticed the difference.
